This is the challenge I mentioned about in my last post...
What *is* The {21} Challenge?It's a challenge that is based on 2 ideas:
1. The idea of creating or breaking (conquering) a habit in 21 days. Studies have shown that it takes 21 days to change. So, choose a habit you want to create or conquer in these 21 days. 2. The idea that art is therapy. We take the 'art journal' angle on this to create for 21 days & journal our feelings,triumphs, failures, etc. It makes the 21 days go alot faster doing something we love.

It's starting TOMORROW... I am so excited about this... I don't know if I can do this... I've never done an art-journal... This is going to be the first time...
I am going to use an old book that I don't need anymore... Yesterday I emailed Rhonna Fahrer to ask her if she can give me some advice... And this was her advice... Thank you Rhonna for your sweet words...
It's going to be an altered book about my bad HABIT I want to change in the next 21 days...
The bad habit i've choosen is an important one!! AVOIDING MY FEARS!! It's going to be an emotional 21 days... I hope I can keep up with them and create an album who is just nice to *ME*... And which will inspire me for the rest of my life...
Rhonna is going to post everyday an inspirational Quote that will inspire us... I'm looking forward to it...

Beautiful idea, Emine. Yours will be a beautiful and emotional journey, I am sure. I followed Rhonna's first challenge that she did last month and I am glad she has decided to do another. She is inspiring, for sure. The quote she used by Gordon B. Hinckley (he is the prophet of my church!) is so true and beautiful. We all have such great potential inside us; we just need to comprehend it. Good luck and keep posting!
